Pack Your Items
Carefully place your products in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
